Shipping Information

We strive to make our online ordering process as simple as possible. We offer FREE UK standard shipping (UK Mainland) on all orders over £35.

We state the cost of delivery for each product on each product page under the delivery tab. In the delivery tab, the customer will see which delivery methods are available and an estimated delivery timeframe. BONBONNIE will do its best to deliver a product within the timeframe shown and earlier if possible. If for any reason there is a delay in the delivery, we will notify the customer by email as soon as possible.

International orders are shipped within 1-2 business days via DHL or FEDEX. Shipping times vary and while it typically takes 8-15 business days, it can take up to 20 business days to arrive depending on the destination. Tracking can be limited depending on destination. Shipping is Non-refundable.

If, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, a product becomes out of stock after an order has been placed, the customer will be notified by email and given an option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.


BONBONNIE does not accept any liability for delay, despatch or delivery and cannot be held responsible for delivery at any set time on a particular day.



Returns & Exchanges

For us to complete the return or exchange, the returned product must be in the same condition as when it was received (new condition) which means unaltered, undamaged and free of any dog hair, dirt, stains or tears. If the product is altered, damaged, stained or cannot be cleaned then it will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

How to Return/Exchange:


A customer who wishes to return a product should first email us at stating the order number and reason for return. The customer will then be provided with the correct return address. The product must be in good and resaleable condition on return in order for BONBONNIE to refund the full purchase price of the product. The cost of the return postage is the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise on the individual return tab on each product page. The refund will be issued to the customer within 30 days of receipt of the product. Refunds on returns will only be accepted if the customer returns the product in its original packaging and with all labels intact.



International Orders

All orders outside the UK are required to pay for return shipping on all returns and exchanges. Please email us at and we will provide instructions on how to return or exchange your product. Please do not send the product back to the address on the package or packing slip.

For exchanges, we will ship out the new item to you at no cost, but the sale is final after the exchange. We cannot accept the second item back as a return or exchange.
